ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Maintain performance.
Plan for the unexpected.

A maintenance plan for the equipment already running at your property. Agree preventive visits, fault reporting, parts coverage and service records around the condition and criticality of your systems.

CHOOSE THE COVERAGE

Two approaches to maintenance.

Compare the basis of each contract. The final quotation defines the covered assets, exclusions and service arrangements.

SERVICE & LABOUR

Non-comprehensive AMC

For teams that want planned technical support and prefer to approve replacement costs separately.

  • Agreed preventive visits and functional checks
  • Fault diagnosis and service labour within scope
  • Parts and replacements quoted separately for approval
SERVICE + AGREED PARTS

Comprehensive AMC

For teams seeking service support with defined parts coverage for listed equipment.

  • Agreed preventive visits and functional checks
  • Fault diagnosis and service labour within scope
  • Specified repairs or replacements covered subject to contract terms

Comprehensive coverage is not unlimited. Consumables, batteries, software licences, physical damage and external electrical faults must be explicitly included or excluded in the quotation.

WHAT THE CONTRACT ORGANISES

A practical maintenance routine.

Preventive visits

Agree a schedule for inspection, cleaning where appropriate, functional checks and review of developing faults.

Breakdown support

Define how faults are reported, who coordinates attendance and which issues require a site visit or specialist support.

Service records

Record work performed, unresolved observations, proposed replacements and actions needed from the facility team.

Operating arrangements

Set working hours, visit frequency, escalation contacts and access requirements. A resident technician can be quoted separately where required.

EQUIPMENT CHECKS

Checks matched to your assets.

CCTV & NVR
Image clarity, camera alignment, recording status, playback, time settings and storage health.
Metering & AMR
Reading availability, communication gaps, connection mapping and supported software-reporting issues.
BMS & controls
Point status, supported alarm functions, controller communication and operator observations.
Fibre & networks
Link condition, termination issues, equipment status and investigation of reported connectivity faults.
EV charging
Visible condition, reported charging faults and manufacturer-prescribed checks for the contracted equipment.

BEFORE THE CONTRACT STARTS

Make the scope clear.

  1. 01

    Share an asset list

Equipment quantities, makes/models, age, location and current faults.

  2. 02

    Review the condition

Identify pre-existing faults and any repairs needed before coverage begins.

  3. 03

    Agree the service plan

Confirm asset coverage, visit frequency, response arrangements, exclusions and charges.

AMC questions

Is a technician stationed at the property?

Not automatically. Resident technician deployment, shift timing, weekly offs and holiday coverage require a separately defined staffing arrangement.

Is emergency or 24-hour support included?

Support hours and response arrangements are set in the quotation. Attendance time and the time needed to restore a fault are different and depend on the agreed scope and parts availability.

Can Coller maintain a system installed by another company?

Share the equipment list and known issues. Acceptance depends on condition, system access, documentation, parts availability and technical compatibility.
